PATCH 
/api/v1/group-appointments/:appointmentId/participants/:clientId

Updates a single participant of a group appointment, addressed by the group appointment's id and the participant's client id. Only fields belonging to the individual participant can be updated; the date, time, location and practitioner belong to the group as a whole. Cancelling a participant leaves any existing invoice untouched.
