Get practitioner roster override

/api/v1/practitioner-roster-overrides/:id

Retrieves a specific practitioner roster override by its unique identifier. A roster override is a one-off change to a practitioner's recurring roster: it applies on every date from its start date to its end date inclusive, between its start and end time each day, and takes precedence over the roster underneath. An override with no end date applies indefinitely from its start date, and still covers a daily window ending at 23:59. An override carries no reference to the roster it overrides, because no such link exists in the data; to read the roster underneath, call /api/v1/practitioner-roster with the same practitionerId and locationId.
