/api/v1/group-appointments/:appointmentId/participants

Adds a client to a group appointment. The client is given their own appointment within the group, inheriting its date, time, location and practitioner, and is charged the group's default service — or, when the group has none, the client's preferred service. Acts on the given group appointment only: a group that repeats is not supported, and the client is not added to any other occurrence.
